Donna Marth-Brown is the founder and “Puzzle Queen” behind The Missing Piece Puzzle Company, a woman-owned business based in Richland, New Jersey. A retired special education teacher, Donna launched the company in 2010 with a heart for helping others and a passion for creativity.
What began as a way to support her son—who has autism—through puzzle-based learning has since grown into one of the top custom puzzle manufacturers in the U.S. Under her leadership, the company has been featured on the TODAY Show, earned recognition as a SCORE & Sam’s Club Small Business Champion, and served thousands of customers looking for meaningful, personalized gifts.
Known for her warm personality, customer-first values, and commitment to American-made quality, Donna brings joy and connection to every puzzle produced. She proudly calls her team the Puzzle Princes and Princesses—and continues to champion the power of personalized puzzles to tell stories, preserve memories, and bring people together.
