How long will it take before I receive my shipment?

An estimated processing time is usually within 24-48 business hours of receipt of your order and an acceptable photo to be printed.  This will change significantly during Holidays, as custom puzzles are a very popular and revered gift.  Orders placed Fridays after 9 am EST are not typically processed until the following Monday, however, we do offer a RUSH option which will expedite your order. We do not ship on major holidays but do ship occasionally on weekends. 

USPS transit times are estimated transit times once a package has been shipped and are not guaranteed. Only packages shipped USPS Priority Mail Express have guaranteed delivery times.
