Shipping time vs delivery time

 What is the difference between shipping time and delivery time?

 We process orders in our shop within an acceptable timeline based on order volume, Holiday times, and special events within the industry.  Our shop time to process your order is the shipping time.  Delivery time is when your order has entered the postal system and is handled by the carrier.  Transit time, or delivery time, is out of our control and is dependent on storms, system delays, and unexpected events that occur within the carrier's transport.  When estimating an arrival time, please allow shop time and carrier time.

*Only packages shipped via USPS Priority Mail Express have guaranteed delivery times.  All others are estimated delivery times.
